So we’ll meet for a coffee or a drink at a comfortable neutral location (not your office), turn off our phones (that call will be waiting for you when we get done), and talk about life and this world we live in. Sure, we’ll end up discussing your business, its challenges and successes, but mostly we’ll talk about everything else. And if you’re thinking, “What does this have to do with marketing my business?”, well, it has everything to do with it, because who you are IS your business.

SECOND MEET

Next, we’ll set up a time to physically tour your business - your offices, your production facility, your whatever. We’ll sign a non-disclosure at this point (protecting you), and take a deep dive into some serious areas: Your greatest achievement, your biggest obstacles, growth stalls, lack of direction, superstars & dead weight. We’ll go over options on how we can help, and decide on a course of action.
